How We Got Here
From One Seller's Frustration to a Platform
The Problem
Mark Chen, an eBay PowerSeller with hundreds of electronics listings, was spending 3+ hours a night manually optimizing titles and descriptions. Every night, the same tedious work.
The Prototype
Mark built a Python script using early language models to draft listing titles. The results were rough, but conversions improved 18% in the first month. He knew he was onto something.
BayKit Is Born
After fellow sellers kept asking to use his tool, Mark brought in Sara and James to build it properly. BayKit launched in 2024 with a mission to empower every independent eBay seller.
